We're here Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm (excluding Bank Holidays).
If messages and emails arrive during our office hours they are normally answered within an hour or two. Out of hours enquiries are taken care of as soon as we are back in the office.
To check stock & availability
The ‘Availability’ quantity shown on our website is the most up-to-date information we have access to.
If our site says '0 in stock - out of stock' and a restock date, this is the most up-to-date information we have.
If our site says 'Manufacturer cannot provide a restock date' it may be the product is discontinued. It's best to 
check with manufacturer. We are not notified when products are discontinued.
For notification of when a product comes back in stock, enter your email address in the 'notify me' box on the product page. We will automatically notify you when the product becomes available.
For product help & technical support
Our team are not technically trained, we sell over 200,000 products and believe it's not possible to train them to a high standard on so many products.
We believe 'no advice is better than bad advice' and would rather point you in the direction of the best help.
We will not be able to help you setup your product or help with compatibility issues.
We have 
manufacturer contact details for the brands we sell. They should be the best people to help you.

Sorry, orders can only be placed online. Orders cannot be taken over the phone or via email.

To return a product
Please log in to your
My Account page and find the product you want to return on your order. Don’t worry if you didn’t create an account when you ordered, you can do it now and your orders will be visible.
If you think your product may be faulty, please 
contact the manufacturer in the first instance. Many problems can be resolved with a phone call to the manufacturer's dedicated technical support team. If they find a fault, they will issue a reference number that will greatly speed up any return required
